Complete Roof Replacement with New CDX Plywood Deck in Clifton NJ

When we stripped this Clifton home down to its bare rafters, here's what we found - an old skip-sheathing deck that was never going to give the new roof the solid foundation it needed. No solid plywood, just open wood strips. That's not something you can patch around. That translates to better wind resistance and a longer-lasting install. The Weatherwood color gave this home a rich, dimensional look that works really well against the brick and siding.

This home also had a flat roof section over the rear addition. That section got its own full replacement - completely separate system, properly finished and flashed where it meets the main roof. It's one of those details that gets missed or rushed on jobs like this. We don't skip it. Getting the transition between a flat roof and a pitched roof right is what keeps water out over the long haul.

From full tear-off to final cleanup, this was a ground-up roof replacement done the right way.
