"Donald and AllCraft Roofers were great! It started with a roof leak that had damaged my kitchen ceiling. I had multiple roofers inspect and try to fix the leak, but non were able to until AllCraft Roofers. It was a particularly hard leak to diagnose. They came back several times to follow up. Once the full leak was discovered it turned out to be pretty extensive so we decided to do a full roof replacement. Ours was well over 20 years old already so it made sense. Donald gave me a fair and speedy quote. His crew were out within a couple of days to start work. Work was completed a day earlier than scheduled. AllCraft also replaced most of my gutters and did some chimney repairs. The work was great and clean up job was thorough too. "All Craft Roofers are a God send! After contacting All Craft Roofers in regards to a quote for an unexpected Squirrel visitor in the attic on Friday then scheduled a visit for Saturday. On Saturday, Donald was professional, polite, and knowledgable/informative; he looked in my attic and the exterior of the house to ascertain the issue and potential damage. Now today, Monday, our problem is solved with a 5 year warranty to boot. Not to mention a fixed flashing on my chimney which Rudy noticed while doing work on the roof and took pictures to show me what could have been a potential issue in future. (Let's keep in mind if they would have ignored the chimney with the current storm coming they would have made a killing fixing the water damage.)The All Craft Team is just as professional, polite and knowledgeable as Donald. Also, after googling prices for both the aluminum patch and the chimney flashing the prices were on par with NJ standard and were rather affordable. Not only was his price the best, but after a short conversation it was clear he took pride in his work and truly cared about doing things the right way. When it came to materials, I didn't even have to ask for things other companies charged extra for; CDX plywood instead of MDF, industry-leading SG Landmark shingles, synthetic underlayment, 6" gutters, 4 box vents plus ridge vent, no problem. "Came same day for a qoute on some roof and gutter repairs. Pricing was fair and work was done within 48 hours. Donald and the other workers took time to expain everything that needed to be done before the work started and what was done after the work was completed. I have a high roof so they took pictures and showed me everything. I saw something that i thought was an issue and they came out and checked and even though it was not an issue they did recheck the roof and found some loose nails and corrected them before they became an issue.
